Timothy Leboeuf

Timothy Leboeuf leads Symphony Development’s business strategy and investment activity, with oversight spanning acquisitions, development, financing, and property operations. His background in financial analysis and risk management informs his approach to building and managing the firm’s portfolio.

Before establishing Symphony Development, Tim spent close to 15 years with M&T Bank. In a senior Treasury role, he directed a team overseeing interest-rate exposure, liquidity, capital stress tests, and investment portfolio planning for a balance sheet of approximately $80 billion.

Tim is a Canisius College graduate with a B.S. and an MBA, and holds certifications related to HUD and LIHTC compliance. As a Symphony Real Estate co-founder, he brings a financial perspective to the organization’s leadership, with an emphasis on sound decisions and durable value for investment partners and the communities Symphony serves.
