Michael J. Culeton is Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Symphony Real Estate. With nearly two decades in real estate, he brings a close understanding of Buffalo’s neighborhoods and a lasting interest in the area’s architecture to his work with clients and agents.
His practice spans luxury residential properties, investment real estate, and commercial assets. Michael approaches each assignment with a combination of local market knowledge, creative thinking, and practical problem-solving, helping clients understand their options and move forward with confidence.
As Principal Broker, Michael guides the brokerage’s growth and supports its agents while keeping personal service at the center of the business. He helped establish Symphony around three values — respect, integrity, and unity — and continues to shape a company built on collaboration, lasting relationships, and a consistent standard of care.
