Brett is a Principal of Symphony Development, where he serves as the firm’s senior executive, leading its strategic direction and investment initiatives. He is a proven leader whose people are devoted to its mission.

A Buffalo native with a global perspective, Brett has owned and operated real estate businesses from a young age. He is an expert, technical, and strategic operator — disciplined in his approach: transactions that do not meet rigorous underwriting standards do not proceed.

He is a valued member of the community, engaged across several major development projects and historic sites throughout New York State, and brings deep technical command of real property to Symphony’s leadership. His track record includes the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus through Michigan-Redev LLC, ownership interests in Chesed Properties and Franklin Credit Solutions, and stewardship of the historic Birge Mansion at Symphony Circle.
